Build Wealth
That Lasts
Westhill & Hines acquires high-quality real estate in supply-constrained Western U.S. markets. We hold for the long term, building wealth for investors who think generationally.
What We Invest In
We focus on three asset classes in Western U.S. markets: value-add multifamily, build-to-rent communities, and light industrial flex properties. Each deal is evaluated on its own merits—underwritten conservatively, structured for long-term ownership, and operated by partners who meet our standards.
When opportunities arise, accredited investors can review deal materials and decide if it's right for them.
Join Our Opportunity ListOur Approach
We buy quality real estate in markets where supply is constrained and demand is durable. Then we build systems around an indefinite hold which require a commitment to genuine care and operational excellence. Our focus is long-term cash flow and lasting value, not chasing exits. It's a simple approach, executed with discipline.
Supply-Constrained Markets
We invest where it's hard to build. Scarcity protects value.
Indefinite Hold Strategy
Refinance to return capital, retain ownership. We're not looking for exits.
Best-in-Class Operators
We partner with proven property managers who share our standards.
Transparent Partnership
You see everything. Good news, bad news, and what we're doing about it.

Wes Hartman
Founder & Managing Principal
Based in the Denver Metro
Wes has spent 20 years in real estate—working directly with buyers, sellers, and property owners across Colorado's Front Range. That experience built deep market knowledge, strong operator relationships, and a clear-eyed view of what makes properties perform over time. He founded Westhill & Hines to do something different: acquire high-quality assets, hold them for the long term, and build real wealth alongside investors who share that vision.
